Took my Outback in to be repaired for damages sustained during a vehicle crash (not my fault). From the moment I first contacted The Body Shop, I was treated professionally and kept informed of everything related to the repair of my vehicle. I was kept abreast of the repair process too. I was even able to get a new car door for my Outback (not a used one like Progressive had proposed in their repair estimate). When I saw my car at delivery time, I was astonished at how great it looked. It honestly looks like new and I can't tell that it was ever damaged...except for the new paint smell. I would recommend The Body Shop to anyone in need of trustworthy body shop work to their damaged vehicle.

After my SUV was damaged in a hit-and-run accident, I was stressed and unsure of what to expect. They handled the repairs with incredible attention to detail, and my SUV looks brand new — you would never know it had been in an accident. The paint match is perfect, the workmanship is flawless, and everything was completed within the promised timeframe. What truly stood out was their honesty and commitment to quality. They treated my vehicle as if it were their own and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the process. Update: I brought my Rubicon 392 here for bolts to be put back on that I didn't feel like doing. The bolts were put on, but I did not appreciate the employees revving my engine, several times, just because they never seen a 392 Jeep! They should definitely ask the customer before taking it upon themselves to do that! After I calmed down, I called and spoke with Allan, and he ensured me that he would let the employees know not to rev their customers vehicles! This is the reason I am changing my 5 star review to 3 stars! I brought my vehicle here because a man side swiped my side view mirror with his tow mirror. I spoke with Allan, and he was very personable! He made the process easy, and i was able to have the scuff mark buffed out within 30 minutes! He also explained to me that they have warranty so if the scuff reappears, they will take care of it! Thank ya'll for being so friendly and fixing my vehicle to fast!

My vette needed new headlights and fog lights. Plus painting of all horizontal surfaces (worn by sun) including the nose and fenders. Car looks as if the day it was delivered by dealer in 2011. Getting compliments by friends and co-workers
